About Course
Guitar Level Two picks up where Level One left off. Built around the FJH Guitar Method Book and the Beato Beginner Guitar Book, and paired with hands-on instruction from working musicians, this course takes you from knowing chords to playing with control: the full fretboard, fingerstyle technique, and the expressive tools that make a song sound finished.
Each lesson combines online preparation with your in-person studio session, so you walk into class ready to play and leave with new skills to practice. You will read further into standard notation, learn the fifth and sixth strings, add suspended, seventh, and jazz voicings to your chord vocabulary, and build the picking hand technique that turns a chord progression into music.
Completion of Guitar Level One, or equivalent playing experience, is recommended.
